About Our Facility

Building #23 is a rigid steel frame and masonry construction warehouse built in 1960. It measures 240 x 120 feet, and contains 28,800 square feet of gross floor area. The floor is poured concrete. The concrete block curtain walls are surmounted by fiberglass sidelights. The ceiling is open steel construction with bar joists, and steel columns spaced 20 feet apart down the center of the building support the ceiling structure. The clearance is 20 feet. The roof is of metal deck construction with an insulated fully adhered EPDM roof, new in 1992. There is a 12 x 17 foot wood enclosed office/restroom area in the front of the warehouse with panel walls and concrete floors. There is a concrete loading dock on the front of the building, measuring 6 x 24 feet, with a metal canopy measuring 8 x 24 feet. Access to the dock is through (2) 10 x 10.5 foot wood section overhead doors, and (1) metal clad pedestrian door. There is an additional door, (measuring 13 x 14 feet with opener) in the south wall.

Electrical | 100 amp capacity service panel, 120/240 volts AC, single phase. Wiring is rigid conduit with minimal outlets.
Office Area | Panel walls (marlite in restrooms, with concrete floors).
Roof | Metal deck with insulated, fully adhered EPDM roof, new in 1992.
