About Our Facility
Building #24 is a steel frame and masonry warehouse built in 1969. The building measures 120 x 280 feet, and contains 33,600 square feet of gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete. The curtain walls are concrete block surmounted by fiberglass sidelights on three sides. The ceiling is open steel frame bar joist construction. The roof is a metal deck with insulation and fully adhered EPDM, new in 1996. The steel roof support columns are spaced 40 feet apart along the length and width of the building. The internal clearance is 20 feet throughout. There is a concrete block restroom measuring 3.5 x 5.5 feet. A rail spur running behind the building is serviced by CN North America. There are (4) 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead doors in the rear of the building that provide entrance to the rail spur. There is concrete dock on the front of the building measuring 2 feet deep x 24 feet wide, with a metal canopy measuring 10 x 41 feet. Access to the dock is through (2) 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead doors. There are (2) metal clad pedestrian doors. There is an external concrete truck well on the dock, measuring 18 feet long x 27 feet wide, with two 80,000 square feet dock levelers.
