About Our Facility
Building #36 is a one-story rigid steel frame warehouse building erected in 1977, containing 16,224 square feet of gross floor area. The interior clearance is 22 feet high at the center of the ceiling, and 20 feet at the eaves. Construction is steel roof joists, purlins, and steel column roof supports spaced 20 feet apart along the center of the structure. The exterior walls are painted vertical metal panels, supported by a poured concrete parapet wall, three feet high. The roof is double pitch covered with raised seam type metal panels. The east wall of the warehouse contains 20 vertical fiberglass sidelights. The ceiling and sidewalls are completely insulated with fiberglass batts. There is a reinforced concrete loading dock on the rear of the building, covered with a metal shed-type roof with fiberglass skylights. Access to the dock is through is 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead door, and a metal pedestrian door. There is a poured concrete apron extending across the rest of the rear of the building, and a 12-foot wide by 14 foot high wood section overhead door at the other rear corner of the warehouse. There is a 10-foot wide by 14-foot high wood section overhead door on the front of the building, and a metal pedestrian door.

Ceilings | Open steel frame construction insulated with fiberglass batts.
Lighting | (10) mercury vapor, and (5) double fluorescent fixtures. (1) exterior building mounted mercury vapor yard light.
Heating | Two suspended gas forced air heaters.
Plumbing | None
Electrical | Service panel has 200 amp capacity for single phase, 120/240 volt AC, and wiring is rigid conduit.
Roof | Double pitch with metal panel covering.
