About Our Facility
Building #16 is a steel frame and masonry construction warehouse built in 1957. The building measures 162 x 200 feet, and contains 32,400 square feet of gross floor area. The floors are poured concrete. The concrete block curtain walls are surmounted by fiberglass sidelights. There is a common wall with Building #20 (200 lineal feet ), and Building #17, (120 lineal feet). The ceiling structure is steel beams and bar joists. The roof is a metal deck with built-up tar and gravel covering. The steel roof support columns are spaced 20 feet apart along the length of the warehouse and 32 feet apart across the width. The inside clearance is 20 feet. There is a railroad spur extending 184 feet into the building from the rear. The track area is 19 feet in width. There is a steel roll-up door measuring 20 feet high by 1 feet wide on the rear wall over the track. There is a concrete block locker/restroom area inside the warehouse measuring 21 x 7 feet. The building has a dry-type sprinkler system. There is a concrete loading dock on the front of the warehouse measuring 65 x 7 feet, with a metal canopy 65 x 14 feet. There are (2) dock levelers. Access to the dock is through (4) 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead doors with openers.
