About Our Facility
Building #25 is a steel frame and masonry construction warehouse built in 1963. The building measures 160 feet, square, and contains 25,600 square feet of gross floor area. The curtain walls are concrete block 12 feet in height. There are surmounted by fiberglass sidelights 4 feet high. The interior clearance is 18 feet. There is a common wall with Building #35, (160 feet located in Parcel #43). The ceiling is steel frame with bar joists, and is supported by columns spaced 40 feet apart along the length and width of the structure. Floors are poured concrete. There is a wood enclosed office area in the front of the building measuring 8 x 22 feet with wood frame partitions and concrete floors. There is a concrete clock construction restroom area with water closet and sink. The warehouse is protected by a dry type sprinkler system. There is a concrete loading dock on the front of the warehouse, with an area of 130 square feet. The dock is covered with metal canopy, measuring 5 x 33 feet. Access to the dock is through a 10 x 10 foot wood section overhead door with electric opener. There is a 50,000 square foot dock leveler for loading purposes. There are three metal section overhead doors giving access to the rail siding along the rear of the building. The siding is serviced by CN North America. There is one meal pedestrian door
