About Our Facility

Building #35 is a steel frame warehouse building measuring 200 x 320 feet, and contains 64,000 square feet of gross floor area, and was built in 1976. The building walls are concrete parapet wall. The block walls are topped with fiberglass sidelights on three sides of the building. There is a partial common wall of steel I-beam roof supports, with steel bar joists. The roof is a metal deck with insulation and 60 mills EPDM roof cover. The roof support columns are spaced at 40 inch poured reinforced concrete. There is a concrete loading dock on the front of the building measuring 33.5 x 16 feet. The dock is covered with a steel roof supported by steel columns and steel bar joists. Access to the dock is through two 12 feet wide by 10 feet high wood panel overhead doors with electric openers. There are two concrete loading docks measuring 2 x 13 feet on openers. There are two concrete loading docks measuring 2 x 13 feet on the south side of the building overlooking a rail siding. Access to the docks is through two 10 x 12 foot wood section overhead doors with openers. There is a metal-walled portable office structure measuring 8.5 x 9 feet in the front of the warehouse. There is also a small bathroom and shower facility. There are eight metal pedestrian doors.
